"Hank does all kinds of stonework, and each project is a bit different.  He individualizes each job according to the customers' request.  Hank definitely is an artist!  He picks out certain stones that blend with other stones.  They are all georgeous!  He always picks out a fabulous keystone to put in the center, above the opening of the fireplace, and then he builds around the stone in patterns.  Hank also does exterior stonework, like in the garden and landscaping area.  He has done quite a bit of work around the homes we have built, stonewalls, waterfalls, walks and specialty work.  There just aren't very many people around like him anymore creating and designing this kind of work"

Off with the Fake, On with the Real 

 

"Our builder told us to pick out some cultured stone, it's a cement type stone especially for fireplaces, and he would have his crew put it on.  They installed it, but we weren't pleased with the results at all.  It had looked ok in the store display, but something wasn't right.  It was fake.

Well in the mean time we found Hank.  He was willing to come out and look over what we had.  He showed us some pictures of his previous work, gave us a few suggestions, and told us what he could do.  He could give us what we wanted ... the round field stone look.  We couldn't have been happier.

Then he came over, brought his rocks with him, and did a tremendous job on the fireplace.  This was exactly what we wanted.  This fireplace gives so much more dimension.  The

fieldstone is so much nicer than the cultured stone.  Everyone that has seen Hank's work really likes it.  We can't say enough; we are real pleased with Hank's work."

 

 

"Hank assisted us in designing and creating our fireplace.  The fireplace is ten feet wide, with a hearth, and it runs twenty feet high.  The mantel is barn beam.  It is a georgeous piece of work.  The fireplace and rocks that Hank selected are impressive and the way he placed them is incredible.  Together we walked our shoreline that is filled with beautiful stones.  Hank was like a kid in a candy store sorting through the rocks.  Larry and I picked out a couple of stones and had Hank put them in our fireplace.  They are just jewels!

Hank did a superior job for us.  The keystone, the stone above the fireplace was magnificient.  We are very pleased with Hank and his work.  We would definitely recommend him and his work speaks for itself."
